How These Herbs Work in a Foot Soak
- Parsley – draws out impurities, freshens, and deodorizes.

Method:
- Boil 4–5 cups of water.
- Add 2 TS herbs and simmer 10–15 minutes.
- Strain into a basin, add 4–25 more cups of warm water (enough to soak feet).
- Optional: add 1/2 cup Epsom salt or Himalayan salt for extra detox.
- Soak feet for 20–30 minutes.
