Annatto Seed

Common Names: Annatto seed, Bixa orellana, Achiote, Roucou, Lipstick tree, urucum, bijol, roucou, 

Annatto seeds, derived from the achiote tree, are often used for their coloring properties, but they also have medicinal benefits, such as:

Instructions:

As Tea:

1. Boil a cup of water and add about a teaspoon of crushed annatto seeds.
