Ingredients
Cinnamon – Balances blood sugar, boosts circulation, and adds warmth.
Ginger – Aids digestion, reduces inflammation, and improves immune response.
Cardamom – Relieves bloating, freshens breath, and supports detox.
Allspice – Antioxidant-rich; soothes indigestion and supports metabolism.
Cloves – Antimicrobial and pain-relieving; promotes oral and gut health.
Black Pepper – Enhances nutrient absorption and boosts metabolism.
Use:
Hot Chai Tea
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of the chai spice blend in 1.5 cups of hot water or milk (or plant-based milk) for 10–15 minutes; sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired, and enjoy 1–2 times daily for digestive, circulatory, and immune support.
Cold Chai Tea Instructions (Iced or Cold Brew)
Iced Chai (Quick Brew):
Simmer 2 tablespoons of chai blend in 2 cups of water for 10–15 minutes.
Strain and let cool.
Pour over ice and add cold milk or milk alternative.
Sweeten to taste with honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar.
Cold Brew Chai (Overnight Method):
Place 2 tablespoons of chai blend in a quart jar.
Add 3–4 cups of cold water.
Cover and let steep in the fridge overnight (8–12 hours).
Strain, serve over ice, and add milk/sweetener if desired.
